Psychologist, Career & Wellbeing Coach, Therapy-in-Motion Facilitator.
My mission is to bring out the best in people and to support people to live happier, more fulfilling lives. I am passionate about wellbeing and my work, spanning almost three decades includes the development of wellbeing programmes, speaking at large events, hosting workshops in workplace and community settings and one-to-one coaching.
Wellbeing Programmes Development of body image and wellbeing programmes (‘Inside Out’, ‘More Than A Selfie’, and ‘Happy To Be Me’) for educational settings which have been delivered to over 400,000 people worldwide.
Speaker: Reaching over 150,000 people through talks on wellbeing and related topics at events nationwide and through conferences nationally and internationally.
Workshops: Facilitating meditation and restorative movement/dance/embodiment workshops in workplace, community and therapeutic settings (Cuan Cancer Support, Irish Wheelchair Association, Arts Council). Delivering wellbeing workshops (burnout/stress management/work-life balance) in various settings (Health Service Executive, Arts Council, Google, KPMG, Bank of New York Mellon, The Wheel, The Sanctuary and in Universities).
One-to-one Coaching: My approach is holistic, focussed on all areas of life, listening to the person, their individual needs and supporting them to build a career and life that supports their wellbeing, enhancing their relationships and supporting them to live more fulfilled lives.
Qualifications: My qualifications include a PhD in Psychology, Masters in Occupational Psychology, Bsc Hons Degree in Social Psychology and Therapy-in-Motion practitioner accreditation.
